Q. Do we allow pets?
A. We allow cats only, there is an additional $400 pet deposit for cats, with a two cat maximum. |
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are nestled in the trees below Griffith Park, next to the Los Feliz Golf Course near quaint Los Feliz Village. Exit I-5 at Los Feliz Blvd., and head East approximately one block. Our beautiful fountain entrance is on the left side at 3205 Los Feliz Blvd. |
Q. What is an Efficiency?
A. Our efficiencies are small studios (355 sq. ft.). They come with full kitchens; including new stoves and ovens, and are equipped with refrigerators. They are beautifully remodeled and very cozy-some with great views. |
Q. What is the difference between a Studio and a "single"?
A. What many people might call "singles" we call "studios". They are 425 square feet, freshly renovated apartment homes for a maximum of two occupants. The kitchen and living room are in the same open area, separated by a long breakfast bar (see floor-plan on this website). The brightly modernized vanity, dressing room and bathroom are in a separate room. Beautiful views, some with French door balconies. |
Q. Do you have furnished, short term units available?
A. Yes. Furnished units are available for all lengths of lease terms. The shortest lease term available is 3 months, the longest is 1 year. Month-to-month rentals are not available. Call the Leasing Office for more information. |
Q. Is high speed internet available?
A. Yes! All apartments are internet ready. Verizon services our community at a low $34.95 a month, with no contract and you don't have to have phone service. We also have internet access for the residents in our clubhouse. |
Q. Are any golf green fees included for the golf course next door?
A. The Los Feliz Golf Course is a public, par 3, 9-hole course, part of Griffith Park, so we currently offer no specials with them. However, green fees are only $4.00 with club rentals for a minimal charge. |
